You forgot your password
Open Forgot password and enter your username. Confirm the email or phone on your account, and we send a 6-digit code to your account email. Then choose a new password.
Reset your passwordYou signed up with Google or LinkedIn
Your account may have no password. On Log in, use the same Google or LinkedIn button you signed up with. If you want a password too, set one through Forgot password.
Go to Log inYou can't get your two-step code
Email codes: check your spam or junk folder and wait a minute. Authenticator app: open the app and use the code for StudyNest. Lost your phone or no code at all? Choose Use backup code and enter one of your backup codes. Each one works once.
Your email is not verified
Sign in and look for the line at the top of the app that asks you to verify. Tap Verify email, then enter the code we email you.
What to include in your message
- Your username or the email on your account.
- What you tried, step by step.
- What you see. A screenshot helps a lot.
Never send your password. Nobody from StudyNest will ever ask for it.
